The founders each bring a set of core skills and have created the base foundations for commercialising the various IPR of Tomislav Tesla. Their experience has completed the necessary foundation for the company's future prosperity, remaining focused on transferring knowledge and sharing innovations with others. They have built a small team who are proficient in specific fields and have grown with the company in Mauritius. They have identified the "missing elements" that will strengthen the foundations, which include technical experts, scientists, and partners.

We have built an extensive library of valuable information that will form the basis of achieving the business plan and vision of the founders. We believe that the innovations of Tomislav Tesla have the potential to transform the African continent; the rest will be history!

Our core business is research, development, implementation, and the licensing of technologies.  Our first commercial hydropower pilot project in Mauritius is 90% completed, with plans to begin  commercialisation in 2023.  Development work during 2023/24 will shift to a sediment recovery system in Mauritius and an aquaculture pilot project in Rodrigues.

Our business model will provide entrepreneurs with the same opportunity as the founders; we wish to share the potential and wealth of the markets with others.  This methodology will allow many the potential to create impactful businesses that are not only profitable but also enhance the lives of others.

Our systems do not require land-based works for turbines or control rooms.  In the future, they will be autonomous and able to communicate with systems in series along a river.

The sediment Recovery system is a new means of reducing sediment levels in reservoirs and providing a secondary business for materials recovered.

It requires a new approach to solving these socio-economic issues and a willingness to adopt new concepts, which lead to the implementation of creative solutions. Collaborations which result in a “win-win” scenario for all parties and a real-world action that will empower new communities. Public-Private Partnerships are slowly being agreed upon across Africa, bringing effective change to a historical issue.

Energy and food security are the latest themes of topics being discussed around the globe today. Our technology solutions address many of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s). Tesla’s World is bringing evolutionary ideas and technologies to places that can become self-sustainable communities.

Our multi-disciplined team will carefully investigate the role of electricity, and its impact on communities.
We will begin to compile a social integration programme that can be introduced to local communities themselves. Offering simplistic new ideas and approaches to the everyday issues faced in modern day society. Through the creation of community blueprints, technological solutions and resources, it is possible to create self-sufficient riverside communities across all of Africa.

Everything will be created in the community, including electricity, potable water, food, homes and trading routes. Rivers are a lifeline that man has relied on for centuries. Communities can thrive and prosper, breaking their dependency on third parties for sustenance.

With sufficient capital, we are able to achieve our short-term goals, as well as prepare the mid-term for the next stage. We believe that an opportunity such as this must also be shared with a broader audience rather than a select few.

Innovation requires “out of the box” thinking in order to achieve success. As our technology evolves, we will export everything we have learned. We will share the IPR, with like-minded entrepreneurs, and give them an opportunity to transform their own nations, as well as owning a successful business.

IPR will be licensed via a business opportunity launched in November 2023 from Dubai. Partners will be working with our teams from June 2024, when they will work hands-on preparing their own projects for launch in January 2025. During that period we will also host an inbound workshop with delegates from the same nations. This will bring the delegates and our partners together in an open environment.

We are creating a complete holistic solution. Which includes technology blueprints, a dedicated support mechanism, and the know-how for it’s implementation. This is a fresh start. Building a new, in-balanced relationship with nature, as well as providing humanity with an achievable goal.

We plan to host several inbound innovation workshops aimed at African entrepreneurs and Public sector delegates, where we will be proposing various technological solutions and licensing opportunities.

Dedicated teams will be ready to enter the market in 2025. Together with TTT, Public-private partnerships can be formed to best address the needs of individual nations.

The company plans to gear up and enter the African market in 2025. We will create a business licensing model that will be introduced across Africa and beyond.

Over the coming 2 years, we will forge links with various players in the market and create initiatives to export our technologies.

We anticipate three new energy clients (1.5MW) in Mauritius (2023/4) and expanding hydropower on the River Tamarin to 5 MW. We will continue to promote our technology locally via workshops, we anticipate 3-4 clients annually. We have built an extensive list of potential clients, which we will exploit over the coming years.

With Government policies shifting towards RE and other SDG’s, not only in Mauritius but across Africa too, we are in a position to become a key player and influencer in an evolving arena.

We are constructing the worlds premiere Tesla Cascading Hydro Power Plant. Located on the River Tamarin at Yemen, and installing a 100KW pilot project.  Energy will be purchased by the Central Electricity Board, with an option to sign a long term Energy Purchase Agreement.

Data provided from the system will ensure we are utilising the full potential of the technology and the river itself. As we extend the network of HPP’s, we will develop an application and a communications system enabling each station to work independently.  Our aim is to provide multiple systems in a single river/source.

Automation software will be included in future systems that will ensure optimum operation times, and will have the effect of reducing flooding and storm surges, as well as reducing erosion of the river banks.

Energy will be sold to the Grid for 80e per MWh under a connection agreement.. In addition, we have issued three draft contracts which represents up to 1.5MW of HPP’s along with a full consultancy package. Full contract values are approx. 2.7m Euros for the three sites, we anticipate initial payments in second half of 2023.

During this cycle we will acquire additional IPR rights from Tomislav Tesla, providing licensing opportunities in over 80 countries for three technologies. We will seek collaborations with industry partners in order to carry out major projects in other parts of the world.

Locally, we will continue to offer renewable energy solutions for various clients. We will allocate funds to create prototypes for sediment recovery and aquaculture technologies. Our systems are/will be turn-key solutions that will address current shifts and transitions in energy, food security, and potable water supply.
